Canada is a nation composed of people who are generally internationally recognized as being moderate, respectful, and patient.  However as patient and moderate as we can be we do have our limits.

Recently Justin Trudeau declared a state of emergency and enacted the Emergency Act due to what many consider to be the aggressive exercise of lawful rights. Many believe this to be a gross overreach of government authority. Government officials are now seizing the bank accounts of private individuals for doing nothing more than financially supporting people who were engaged in what was at the time of the support, legal protests. Peace officers have been militarized and they're acting as an occupational force and they are assaulting and violently arresting people for doing nothing more than flying a Canadian flag and standing peacefully on the sidewalk.


Legal scholars and members of the political opposition claim that this Act has not been invoked properly with the checks and balances demanded by the legislation.


Therefore in response to his shocking, opprobrious and unlawful declaration of a state of emergency claiming the right to bring unlawful forces and powers to bear against the people of Canada we the Free People of Canada hereby make our own



Declaration of a State of Emergency.

Under this declaration of a state of emergency, we claim the right to exercise the rights, freedoms, and powers that exist naturally and which have been exercised historically against tyrants.

Although these rights, freedoms and powers have always existed we the good and patient people of Canada have refrained from exercising them choosing instead to place our trust in the democratically elected legislative assemblies. However, it is now apparent that these legislative assemblies are not functioning as they should and have allowed a petty narcissistic tyrant to claim authority which is unjustified and unacceptable to a vast majority of Canadians.

Therefore, due to the unprecedented Freedom destroying course of action taken by the existing government of Canada, we the Free People of Canada do hereby publicly and internationally make the following claims.

We claim the right to revoke consent to be governed or represented by corrupt politicians and to establish a new system of government utilizing existing technology for discussing issues, determining actions, and building consensus.
We claim the right to convene grand juries according to established and acceptable international standards and to use these grand juries for the determination of our lawful rights and for the purpose of determining the suitability of criminal charges and the issuance of true bills of indictment.
We claim the right to convene Common Law courts operated by the people of Canada with territorial jurisdiction over the whole of Canada and within which all people are equal, there are no fictions, everyone is responsible for their actions, and no one enjoys any immunity from prosecution or liability.
We claim the right to establish a new force of peace officers to be called the Canadian Common Corps of Peace Officers composed of members of the public and empowered to preserve and maintain the public peace, to secure and protect the aforementioned grand juries and Common Law courts and for the execution of warrants for arrests generated therein. We claim these peace officers will enjoy all of the protections presently afforded other peace officers including the right to the same level of armament and equipment.
We claim the right to use these grand juries and Common Law courts to bring criminal charges to bear against existing government agents and actors and to hold them completely accountable for their actions.
We claim the right to use these grand juries and Common Law courts to bring criminal charges to bear against officers of financial institutions who are freezing our funds regardless of what government orders they may be following.
We claim the right to abandon our social insurance numbers ending all association with the Canada Revenue agency and to return all government issued identification and to remove ourselves from the legal jurisdictions of the existing Provinces.
We claim the right to distinguish between geographical areas and legal entities with similar sounding names and to exist as human beings within the geographical areas without existing as persons with obligations and duties within the legal entities with similar sounding names.
We claim that the territory of Canada belongs to the people of Canada and not to the various governments who have employed deception and relied upon ignorance to secure the appearance of consent to govern and abuse their fellow Canadians.
We claim the right to a full and complete forensic accounting of any and all funds associated with any and all accounts including but not limited to any accounts created through the issuance of the birth certificate, passports, or social insurance numbers.
We claim that the Free People of Canada are not bound by any agreements entered into by past governments as we are rejecting not only their claim to govern us or our country but we are rejecting all international agreements with any international bodies if said agreements are not to our benefit.
We claim the right to employ our grand jury to determine if the World Economic Forum is a criminal organization which has infiltrated our governments and is responsible in large part for the difficulties we are facing.
We claim the right to convene conventions for the creation of a new constitution for the Free People of Canada which will more fully recognize and respect all of our rights as a free people and which will protect us in the future from other petty tyrants who may through the intervention of foreign powers seize control of the legislative or executive branch of future government organizations.
We claim that anyone who interferes with the aforementioned rights or the creation and operation of the institutions herein mentioned is committing an act of treason against the Free People of Canada and upon conviction in our courts are subject to a maximum punishment consisting of absolute forfeiture of all assets and life imprisonment with no possibility of parole.


For clarity, we the Free People of Canada do not claim the right to govern without consent other Canadians who are content with the existing archaic system of government, the clear corruption it breeds, the cancerous militarization of the police forces required to maintain it, the inequitable privately operated justice system, the massive body of unintelligible and clearly deceptive Acts and Statutes, the fictional de facto governments, being treated like children by their servants, the continual erosion of their rights and freedoms, the manufactured and ludicrous political divisions designed to separate and alienate the people, and the political stagnation which is destroying the planet.


A final word to those Canadians who find this erosion of their rights acceptable.

We do not claim the right to force you to follow our will. We merely claim the right to not allow you to force us to follow yours. We think there's a better way than what we have now and we are going to find it. This does however mean people who benefit from the power structure will stop benefiting from our blind obedience and appearance of consent. You don't have to join us, you just have to stay out of our way while we build it. And once we have, you will find that we have built it for you too, and there's a seat for you at the table.
